Terms & Conditions

• Access to an electric point and water via hosepipe is necessary to fill and run the hot tub.
• A flat level base is required to sit the hot tub on.  This can be slabbed, concrete, blocks, decking or any firm hard standing. Grassed areas need to be level, if not please let us know and we will supply extra matting to level the ground.
• All chemicals will be supplied 
• The hot tub will always be cleaned before each hire.
• We ask that make up / fake tan is removed as it may cause damage to the hot tub, otherwise you may incur a damage charge.
• We ask that the hot tub is emptied of all water before collection, but to be left up for it to be inspected before packing it down.
• We ask that you leave the hot tub plugged in and switched on for the filtration/heating systems to work during your hire period.
• If you have any pets, please keep them away from the hot tub as they can cause punctures or damage.
• All bookings must be in a secure location such as a back garden (or private land) with a lockable gate and a 6ft hedge/fence surrounding the perimeter

Please DO NOT deflate hot tub after emptying, they must be inflated on collection so we able to check for any punctures.

• A deposit of £100 will be required, this is refundable and is normally within 24hrs of collection.
• Full payment to be made before or on delivery of the hot tub.

 Please note no bookings are confirmed until the deposit is received.

 If you are having any issues with your hot tub, please call or message us ASAP and we will come over to get this resolved for you.
